Dr. Kurt Liljeberg is our Medical Practice Sales Group (MPSG) affiliate in the Great Lakes region. Dr. Liljeberg had been in private practice for over twenty years. He was born and raised in Ohio. His undergraduate and Doctorate were both achieved at The Ohio State University with many courses in business and finance.

Dr. Liljeberg and his partner owned two practices in the Cleveland area from 1982 to 1996. During 1996 to 2000, Liljeberg served as Chief of Staff for three large corporate practices in Charlotte, North Carolina. Duties included identifying and enhancing profit centers, teaching financial analysis, profit and loss statements to doctors.

In 2001 to 2003 Liljeberg owned and operated two practices in Washington State. In 2003 Kurt received extensive training in practice valuation, marketing, negotiation, and sales of professional practices. Areas of expertise:

• Practice sales and acquisitions
• Purchase and sale agreements
• Facilitation of negotiations with attorneys and accountants to remove cogs in the wheel
• Financing assistance
• Practice valuations

He also holds an Ohio real estate license. Kurt is a member of:

Kurt currently resides in the Cleveland area with his wife Dawn, their son Stevie, and their dog Dixie.
